This site is operated by Senet Multitrade Co., Ltd., 140 One Pacific Place Building, Suite No. 1705, 17th Floor, Khlong Toei Sub-District, Khlong Toei District, Bangkok, Thailand. You can reach us at SENETMULTITRADECOLTD@GMAIL.COM or +66 98 634 0672 about anything in this policy.
This website is a product showcase and does not process orders or payments directly. If you contact us through the form, by phone or by email, we collect the details you share — such as your name, email, phone number and message — solely to respond to your enquiry.
Your information is used to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, and where relevant, arrange orders placed by phone or email, invoicing and tracking updates. With your consent we may send occasional offers; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Only the partners needed to fulfil an order you place with us directly: courier companies, payment processors where applicable. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Enquiry and order records are retained as required by Thai law. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing SENETMULTITRADECOLTD@GMAIL.COM — we respond within 7 working days.
This site uses only basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which products people browse. No account, cart or checkout cookies are set because this site does not process orders.
This is a template policy provided for convenience. Please have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel in Thailand before publishing.
